TraceDispatch

Apply for dispatch

Four short steps. A dispatcher reads it and calls you back. You stay in charge of every load.

Before you apply

How fast will a dispatcher call me?
We call at the time you pick on the form, during desk hours. The first call takes about 15 minutes: your truck, lanes, home time, the lowest rate you'll take and any brokers you already work with or won't work with. Nothing is booked on that call and nothing is signed until you've read our terms.
What documents do I need?
Your MC or DOT number, a W-9, your certificate of insurance and, if you factor, your notice of assignment. For a new authority, your authority letter and BOC-3 confirmation help. We use these to build one clean carrier packet and send it only to brokers we've checked.
Do I have to take loads you find?
No. Every load comes to you first with the lane, rate, pickup time and broker terms. You confirm it or say no, and saying no costs you nothing. If you confirm, the broker sends the rate confirmation straight to you and you sign it yourself.
